One Performance structure:
1. Straightening mechanism – composed of straightening roller, straightening block, and bearing seat at both ends, to complete the straightening work of wire. The power of the motor is installed in the lower part of the frame, and the straightening shaft is driven by the triangle belt to rotate at high speed.
2. The feed mechanism – the press wheel part is composed of two synchronous operation of the press wheel, driven by the triangle belt chain, driving a pair of gear pairs, the coaxial pair of press wheels with synchronous operation. When working, the metal wire moves forward under the action of friction force through the wire groove of the outer circle of the press wheel, and the feed speed of the wire rod can be changed by adjusting the spring of the press wheel. Its maximum value is equal to the outer circular linear velocity of the pressure wheel. In the work, the pressure should be properly adjusted according to the diameter and rigidity of the processed wire to obtain the best straightening effect and production efficiency.
3. Cutting mechanism – The cutting mechanism consists of an eccentric mechanism and a tool holder at one end of the straight wire path to complete the cutting action.
4. The eccentric mechanism is composed of a spindle, a slider, an eccentric wheel, a rocker arm, and a punch. Its power is driven by a cutting motor through a triangular belt to rotate the spindle, and the punch moves up and down under the action of the eccentric mechanism. When working, when the metal wire in the straight wire groove reaches a fixed length, the metal wire rapidly pushes the straight wire groove forward under the action of the friction force of the press wheel group, and the boss at the back of the punch press block at the top of the tool head moves to the working stroke of the punch, at this time, the punch press block impacts the tool head, thus cutting the metal wire at a fixed length. At the same time, when the punch block goes down, it presses down the groove sealing torsion iron, so that the sealing rod rotates around the guide rod, disconnects the wire rod that is cut off in the groove, and automatically falls into the line bucket under the action of gravity. When the punch goes up, the tool head also goes up. Under the action of the torsion spring, the sealing rod re-seals the line groove. After the wire thrust disappears, the straight wire groove recovers the initial state under the action of the tension spring and enters the next cycle. The feed frame is composed of cyclone, stop rod, mandrel, base, etc. The wire reel can rotate around the mandrel. After placing the dish-shaped wire, the cyclone can be continuously and automatically fed under the feed mechanism.
